• Pricing based on a minimum number of 8 people
• Prices quoted are for shared occupancy in twin rooms
• In the case of odd numbers, one triple room will be booked
• Prices quoted do not include flights
• Flights to Hungary should be booked with an appropriate agent
• One round-trip Airport Transfer by private coach (with a guide) is included in all hotel packages.
• Any separate arrivals/departures should make their own way to/from the airport (there are taxi stands at both terminals)
• Low season runs from November 1st to March 1st
• To guarantee and confirm a hotel package booking with us we ask for a 25% non-refundable deposit.
• The deposit can be paid by bank transfer (there will be extra fees involved) or PayPal.
• The remaining balance is due on the first day of your arrival, to be paid to your guide in Euros (EUR). We also accept British Pounds (GBP) or local Forints (HUF), but the payment must be made in one currency.
• Prices and availability cannot be guaranteed until receipt of the deposit
• Hotel name will be given on receipt of the deposit
